RETURNS POLICY

SECTION 19 - REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR FAULTY PRODUCT POLICY

Once an order has been placed online in agreement with these terms, it cannot be cancelled.


Change of Mind


We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase, and we would like you to have a product you will use. For this reason, we allow change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:


    • The goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • The goods must be in their original, undamaged retail packaging. (Please note we will not be able to accept the product back if the retail box has been damaged)
    • The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
    • The customer will incur a $1 restocking fee.
Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned goods, you may choose between a store credit or a refund. Please note that we do not offer physical replacements for change-of-mind returns.


Faulty or Damaged Products


You have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, should the product be faulty or damaged.


Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, and undertakings, and other legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Law Rights). Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.


In Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example, delivery costs) of returning the products to us. Please contact us as soon as you become aware that the products are defective and, in any event, within 30 days of when you become aware that the products are defective. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email, as well as a description of the damage or defect, along with an image that clearly depicts the fault. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.


Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product, issue you with a credit towards your next purchase, or refund you the price of the relevant product.
