Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Locations
We proudly ship to Australia, the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States (US). If you want to purchase from outside these countries, please visit our Locations page, as you might be near one of our retailers. For international inquiries, you can also contact us via our International Inquiry Form.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take a few extra days in cases of high order volume. Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak periods.
Shipping Methods & Times
- Australia: Orders are primarily shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times are typically between 3 to 7 days, depending on the state. Please note that we do not offer express shipping, and unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in Australia.
- United Kingdom: We offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping via Royal Mail is typically delivered within 48 hours. Express shipping via DPD is expected by midday on the next business day, with a cut-off time of 2 P.M. for same-day dispatch.
- United States: We ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, and delivery is expected within 4 to 12 days, depending on the location. We do not offer express shipping.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $90 AUD in Australia.
- Shipping Costs for Orders Below $90: For orders under $90, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery state (AU).
- Wholesale Customers: Shipping costs for wholesale orders can be viewed by logging into your wholesale account.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Shipping Protection
We offer Shipped Shield Package Protection for your peace of mind. By opting for this protection at checkout, you can safeguard your order against damage, loss, or theft during transit.
Please note that if you choose to opt out of the protection, Huskee is not responsible for any issues that occur during shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please report the issue via our Shield Center.
- Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the package being marked as "Delivered."
- Lost packages must be reported no sooner than 7 days from the last tracking update.
- Stolen packages should be reported no sooner than 7 days from the "Delivered" status.

Express Shipping
Currently, express shipping is only available in the UK. If you're in the UK, you can select express shipping at checkout. For all other locations (AU and US), only standard shipping is available.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or canceled. If you need to add items to your order, please place a new order separately.
Special Shipping Instructions
If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
Carbon-Neutral Shipping
Huskee is working towards becoming a carbon-neutral operation. We have partnered with Shipped Green to offset our emissions and support reforestation projects like the Katingan Peatland Restoration and Conservation Project in Indonesia. We’re proud to offer carbon-neutral shipping for all orders within the AU and UK markets, and we’re expanding this initiative globally.
Invoice Access
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all relevant details, including your order number, product list, and pricing. If you need a tax invoice or didn’t receive the confirmation email, please reach out to customer@huskee.co for assistance.
